Link your Tesla account in seconds. We securely connect via the official Tesla Fleet API to read your vehicle's charging data. Your credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and never shared with third parties.
Plug in at home as you normally would. Telemiq automatically detects home charging sessions using GPS geofence verification with Haversine distance calculation (500m radius). We track the energy delivered to ensure accurate rewards.
Earn a flat 5 points for every kWh of verified home charging. Points accumulate throughout the year and become redeemable after the annual Q1 carbon credit verification. Redeem verified points for cash via Interac e-Transfer (minimum 10,000 pts). It's that simple.
All rewards are tracked using integer points for maximum precision. This means no floating-point rounding errors — every watt-hour is accounted for.
Tesla Fleet Telemetry streams real-time charging data directly from your vehicle to verify home charging sessions. Wall Connector users earn rewards automatically when enrolled. Mobile Connector users MUST pair the telemetry virtual key and set their home location in Settings > Home Location — without it, sessions cannot be verified and no rewards are earned.
If you use a Mobile Connector, telemetry enrollment is mandatory to earn rewards (flat 5 pts/kWh). Your vehicle's Battery Management System acts as the accredited sub-meter, and telemetry is the only way to capture that data. Without it, Mobile Connector sessions cannot be verified.
Wall Connector users are strongly recommended to enroll in telemetry. While Wall Connector energy data is still tracked, telemetry provides real-time session detection, faster credit verification, and the most accurate kWh tracking. You'll see your charging sessions appear in your dashboard within minutes instead of hours.
If you use a third-party home charging station (ChargePoint, FLO, Grizzl-E, or any non-Tesla brand) that independently offers carbon credit or clean energy rebate programs, you must confirm your charging provider does not already claim carbon credits for your sessions. The same charging data cannot be used to generate carbon credits by multiple parties — Telemiq and a third-party charger cannot both claim the same kWh. Participating in competing programs while enrolled in Telemiq is a violation of the Charging Agreement.
How to enroll: After connecting your Tesla account, visit this link from your phone (Wi-Fi off): tesla.com/_ak/www.telemiq.io. The Tesla app will prompt you to approve the virtual key. Once paired, telemetry streams begin automatically.
