Yes. Every verified home session earns 5 pts/kWh — Supercharger / DC fast-charging sessions do not earn.

Do I need a Tesla Wall Connector?

No. An enrolled Wall Connector verifies your sessions automatically, but Mobile Connector and third-party J1772 users earn too — by pairing the telemetry virtual key (required for verification).

How much can I earn per year?

A typical Tesla owner home-charges 3,600 kWh/yr — about 18,000 points (≈ $180.00). Cold winters increase your earnings.

Is it really free?
